Very nice and functional
This organizer looks great. The width of my cupboards doesn't quite match the drawers. It also doesn't fill the box from front to back. Adjusting the width of my drawers leaves a very small slot on one side or the other (my choice). To keep the organizer from sliding into the drawer when you open it, I cut out a small piece of wood that fits between the top of the organizer and the back of the drawer. All in all I am very happy with them. I actually have two. One is used for dishes and the other for larger kitchen utensils. Some kitchen utensils are too wide for slots, but fit well when tilted.
