The slots are roomy and I could even fit two smaller bags in one so it works well as an organizer but there are hooks for hanging. c doesn't stay flat on top, so constantly bounces up and prevents the door from closing. There's also an odd little hinge that protrudes a bit past the back of the hook and that doesn't help. My husband tried smoothing the hardware with duct tape but it's not strong enough to prevent the hardware from popping out and we can't smash it in because the door is hollow and won't hold up. Bedroom to see if it would work better hanging on a closet door but I'm disappointed that I can't use it for it's original purpose of hanging it on the back of the bedroom door. There is space there, and that would be the most efficient use of the space available.
