This product was very cheap and I loved it because I loved checkers as a kid and now I want to play with my kids. But the low price comes from a cheap product: a box as thin as a cereal box, some really light, non-tangible game pieces, and a board that's likely to fall apart any time soon. The problem is that if I keep this box full of other kids' toys and puzzles, it eventually breaks because it's so flimsy and cheaply made. it will be a good product for you. In hindsight, I wish I had bought a more expensive chessboard set that is more durable and will last for several years, rather than one that I would most likely throw away within a few months of purchase. I probably should have been more careful when ordering the game but honestly I couldn't go without a good deal and the photos look just like the checkers and the game I played as a kid. No, that is not so; This is a dirty version of that.
