Overall I was very happy with it. Immediately after purchasing it, I accidentally drank too much water, so I had to force myself to reduce my consumption so it wouldn't disturb my sleep. It also helps a lot because I don't have to get up every 30 minutes to fill my water bottle. But there are two flaws that ruined it for me, the first being the position of the handle. I'm assuming the handle is just below the spout to make it reversible. But it's an incredibly awkward place to store a heavy water bottle. That alone almost made me return it for the first few weeks, but I decided to just retighten the lid and push the handle back as far as I could. The second downside is the quality. They used very, very cheap plastic. A drop from the trunk of my car and everything shattered like a cookie jar. I've only had them for about a month. So short and sweet, I'd suggest getting a 64 ounce water bottle, but stay away from that design.
