First, the packaging in the shipping box was terrible. I don't usually complain, but basically someone threw this in a plastic bag (it was torn), put it in a mailer box, and added 4 shipping bubbles. What I like best is that it allows air to pass underneath. My countertops get wet easily and this keeps the towels from getting wet and allows the countertops to dry. All in all this is a 4 star purchase.
