My family loves to cook λΆμ΄λΉ΅, which is a Japanese red bean dessert. We also use it to make pancakes just for fun and for our little cousin. Easy to clean as it is made of cast iron. We've had it for probably two years now, but it falls apart at the hinge when cleaning. It's easy to fix but great to use.
