The ability to connect my Salesforce data directly in Real time for any of our customers is great! I love how it allows me access from anywhere at anytime via internet or phone app as well if needed during business hours (which are limited). This has been very helpful when traveling out side office but still wanting up dates about orders/customer activity etc.. It's not perfect yet we have some issues sometimes which slows down performance so make sure you test before going live fully!! We use this software mainly by ourselves however other employees also utilize their own laptops while working remotely occasionally too.
