Leave on for a few minutes, then turn off

Six lamps are housed in two separate ceiling fans. In both fans they worked for a few minutes, after which they went out to a barely noticeable glow. I turned the lights off and then back on, they did the same - on then dim. They weren't hot. The only thing I can guess is that the fan contained dimming circuitry, but no dimming control. Unusual RF noise generated by the light likely caused the dimming feature to activate. This happened even with one lantern installed and two "normal" lanterns. There is some interaction between these LED bulbs and the fan. I use other LEDs (not dimmable) in the fixture and they work fine. We received these new lamps to change the color temperature from 2700 Kelvin to 4000 Kelvin. I'm wondering if these lamps meet part 15 of the FCC rules and regulations as unintentional interference.
