They have helped me a lot with psoriasis on my palms. I sleep with them and my hands have improved a lot. I don't know why they call them "moisturizers" in the name. It's an illusion. The gloves themselves do not provide moisture. You put your moisturizer or lotion on your hands and then put on gloves just to keep whatever you touch on your hands longer, but the gloves don't have any moisturizing effect, they're just cotton. . They are comfortable and light enough to sleep in without causing any discomfort. I didn't realize they needed to be touched until I rated them and that was one of the criteria, but they don't work for me with my phone. I have a screen protector on my phone so that might as well be it. They expand pretty quickly. In my case it doesn't matter because I only wear them before bed, but if I had to wear them during the day while using my hands it would be a problem.
