Review on 🔑 Nite Ize Waterproof Key and Fob Hider KBXL-01-R7, XL Size, Black by John Milligan

I have never heard of this brand but took a chance given the high ratings others have given it. One of the most important factors for me when buying one of these magnetic key holders is how difficult or easy it is to open it and get your key. I have limited arm mobility. I've bought a few of these magnetic key holders from various brands in the past, most of which require you to press and then slide properly. It never just works, that kind. I've literally picked up rocks or hammers just to smash the damn thing out of desperation (and sometimes bad weather), but this one snaps securely in place and opens easily - it's the perfect combination. I can only open it with one hand, but there doesn't seem to be any possibility of it opening accidentally if you close it all the way. . Again, it's very strong! I have no doubt it is kept in a secret place under the car. And even when I try to connect it to a non-magnetic surface, it comes with a metal plate glued on, so you can create that magnetic surface anywhere - handy if you want to hide the key, for example. under your railing. I took a picture so you can see its size as I saw several people asking if it was big enough for one or the other. As you can see, its size is suitable for a flat key or two, but not big enough for a bunch of keys. For my purposes it was ok.
