The next time she wanted to ride him, she noticed that he was gone. I wrote to the company and they investigated my issue but instead gave me a phone number. The lady said they didn't have spare pads but instead gave me sites to go to. So I went to one and couldn't just find a pad so I chatted with Tom and asked if I would order a universal gauge and take the pads off, would the pads fit on a delta fender? He thought it would work, so I'm waiting for it to happen. hope this works As for the Razor Co, I couldn't believe the lady had never considered offering a caliber as an option. And which company does not have brake pads in stock? My granddaughter had a lot of fun with this triangular fender but considering she only had it for 6 months and that includes not riding it for a couple of winter months the pad just fell off. Very unfortunate that it is not covered by the guarantee. Just thanks that she wasn't hurt
