My external signal is available at my location for 3 and 4 clocks but I have poor signal in my high rise building. The 4G signal keeps dropping and then coming back, which really annoys me. As directed, my brother helped install the antenna 20 feet above my roof so I can receive -90dBm indoors. Small booster but definitely effective for my location. This is a good solution for people with poor cell service.
