My son plays lacrosse so I became a real connoisseur of KT Tape. He always seems to have one or the other muscle bothering him. The KT Band is ideal for supporting these muscles so they don't get injured further. He's currently recovering from a hamstring injury so he's using this 4-5 days a week while training. In the last 6-8 months I have bought at least 12 rolls of one brand or another. This is a regular KT band just like all the others on the market. It sticks well, the thickness is good, it holds tension and it's easy to cut, but there's nothing special about it that would make me buy it again. There are other brands that work just as well but are cheaper. The main reason I wouldn't buy it again is that there are no measurement lines on the back of the band. It's a big pain in the ass for me. For the thigh muscles I have to apply the tape in several positions and different sizes. The lack of measurement lines makes me waste tape. If I cut off a piece that's too big and have to make it smaller, I lose the tape. I do not like it at all.
