I really wanted to like them, they fit well, the metal body was very nice and compact and the sound quality was great when they worked. The problem was that the sound dropped out and crackled in one earbud about every 5-10 seconds. And it was always the second earbud that was removed from the case just before the first pairing. I experimented and replaced the earbud I took out first and the one with sound issues changed depending on the order they were removed. I'm assuming that one earbud connects to the other and then to the phone, but either way I've never been able to get both earbuds to work consistently. I ordered a replacement pair but they had the exact same problem, I had to send them back. I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra, no idea why they don't work for me. Although there are no problems with the return.
