The best part about this system is how easy it was for our team of recruiters in my organization, as well as other companies we've worked with before us (like Google!), to get up an running very fast! It's also great because you can have multiple applications open at once - which makes your workflow much more efficient than using excel or spreadsheets when there are many applicants/companies involved.

Nothing really stands out but I think they could definitely improve their support staff by adding some video tutorials so new users don't feel overwhelmed right away if something goes wrong during setup / first use. This software has helped streamline all aspects from applicant tracking through onboarding into hiring processes within different organizations while maintaining privacy & security throughout each step along the way.
