Pleasantly surprised. I have many lip tints of different brands and price ranges. These include the ever-popular BeneTints from Benefit. I ordered this after seeing an ad in a Revain best buy FB article and I'm so glad I did. Ordered yesterday, arrived today, bravo for the fast delivery. I tried it right away. I cleaned and exfoliated my lips first as lip tint sticks to dry skin and this can result in uneven application of product. I applied a nice generous layer and let it sit for 5 minutes. I then wiped it off with a paper towel and voila. PS: I was in a rush and wanted to let it down a bit, grabbed a lip liner but it wasn't sharp enough and made my lip bumpy on one side. HOWEVER, this formula is thick enough to stay in place and not bleed, and the applicator is nicely shaped for good application and contouring without the need for a liner. My only complaint is that I didn't get more flowers. ALSO: Most lip colors are a bit dry no matter what. You can always top it off with a lip balm or moisturizer, but be careful as this reduces its staying power throughout the day. But rather apply it again than dry out chapped lips :p. If you use it daily, sleep with a lip mask to keep your lips hydrated, or use some Aquaphor at night. Use some sugar and olive oil every few days for a gentle exfoliation. GOOD LUCK ladies!
