This is my finished chair table
This table was very easy to put together and convert to what we wanted. If you are smart and creative you can take a simple table and turn it into a very pretty reading table. Choose the floor lamp you like, take it apart, drill two holes in the table, and then attach the lamp to the table. Measure your countertop, then go to your local glass shop and have a piece of glass cut to fit the countertop. Then I took a furniture touch-up pen and painted the drawer slides and knobs to match the table's finish. We now have a nice little table and lamp that fits between our chairs. Pretty basic in everything.
