God, if you have gray eyebrows like me, that helps! You use nothing but Bigen and some water! It's been so long. It does not lighten the eyebrows, but darkens them. I found this in Chinatown about 5 years ago. I know about 10 people I bought it for and they're all still buying it! You can use it anywhere. I wouldn't use it on all my hair. But anything less or sensitive, ACT!
