We swapped two toilets when we bought the house a year ago (there is no water softener in the house.) Despite cleaning it weekly and trying different methods. The hard water rings on the toilets wouldn't go away and got worse. After reading various reviews I bought this product and it worked great. Here is my experience of some complaints: 1. The stone does not dissolve quickly. I used about 1/3 of the first stone to clean both toilets with a result of about 90%, so I think that's perfectly acceptable. The results were not long in coming. I spent about 2 minutes on each toilet. Considering the many ways I've tried to remove hard rings of water, I've found it's worth taking the time to see results like this. After cleaning I was told that the stone could damage the porcelain so I wish I even knew, but other than that I'm really glad I finally found something that works.
