I bought this item for a bachelorette party. I forgot they were different sizes and there was no description or ID on the packaging so it was very confusing when we put them together. I didn't exactly measure how long it took us to be together, but at least an hour with a little help from another person. You need to tie the ribbon wrapped around the tissue paper in the center of the accordion paper before you start fluffing. This isn't in the instructions (although it should be) and can cause problems. Too much time. I'm glad we started early but I wouldn't recommend it either but again.
