The strawberry and mango flavor is welcome and very good. Just started using it but so far so good. The only complaint is that when the container arrived and I removed the seal, I found that the powder had formed a lot of large clumps. This product seems very susceptible to moisture and I had to get a knife and break up the clumps to use it. However, this didn't seem to affect the taste or ability to dissolve in water. The two packs of silica gel that come with the kit seem useless. I work nights and exercise after work, so I can't take caffeine before a workout. This seems to have given all the benefits of the "pump" and the intensity of the workout has improved.
