I bought this Otterbox case when I got the new iPhone 11 Pro in January 2020 and about 2 months after I got the phone, my case started cracking after being dropped twice. I wasn't too concerned, I'd rather have a broken case than a broken phone. A few months later I notice that my screen is cracked. I thought it was a tempered glass cover but no, it was the real finish of the phone. I request the warranty and Otterbox quickly replaces the case. A month later I drop my phone again and now it looks like a web of cracks on my phone. I understand it's more prone to cracking after a single crack, but I figured these cases should be the gold standard. My second case is now also broken and my iPhone's screen has been shot through. My phone is less than 18 months old (I'm really not a clumsy person) and my second case is less than 8 months old. I am very disappointed in this Otterbox model and do not recommend it.
