Review on Columbia Pivot Sneaker Steam Orange Boys' Shoes: Stylish and Comfortable Sneakers by Duane Hayes

My daughter loves these shoes down to the laces. Her foot is wider (she doesn't need W sizes, but some shoes have lasts that are narrower than her feet) and they still fit great. They have good traction and look neutral enough to go with any outfit. She's always one of those barefoot kids, so the high praise for the shoes makes sense here. The only complaint is that round laces can be easily untied. I'm going to show her the TED Talk method (I know! but it's awesome - basically you tie the original knot in the opposite direction so the loop ends up with a square knot instead of a granny knot) and we'll replace it with elastic laces if that doesn't work.
