It is easy to create campaigns in few clicks without any manual intervention required. The automation feature helps me set reminders as well send emails at scheduled times or dates which I choose myself. Sometimes it takes some more efforts to get an error corrected but nothing too bad about this product overall. Overall good experience using this tool. Nothing major to dislike here if anyone looking out for simple yet powerful tools then definitely try out! As mentioned above there are no big drawbacks of this platform either. This has been one of my favorite platforms since its inception back when we were still testing them during beta stage. Now they have become very useful even after their official launch where all features are available now including auto scheduling option.
