I'm having trouble with a matching male connection.

I'm having trouble with the connector that fits into the rear port on the back of my new Kanto YU5 speaker. If I don't support the Supertech audio cable, e.g. B. by tying it to another wire on the back of the YU5 speaker, the speaker emits a LOUD hum and no music plays! The previous cable I used did NOT cause this problem. I should probably ask for a different cable.
