My cat has carefully checked the quality of this product and found it to be good. It was very easy to assemble. It is made of very thick cardboard and is equipped with Velcro fasteners for fixation. If you secure it during assembly, it won't fall apart. My cat was immediately interested and started watching me collect all of this. I'm glad she likes it (come on, it's a box! Cats LOVE boxes). I love that, besides the occasional packing box, I have something in my living room that my cat won't let me put away because she's "playing with it." The cut outs are also very easy to remove (for the door and porthole). So no tools, scissors, tape or glue are needed. Came with a scratching post and a bag of catnip.
