Is there value? suitable for picture hangers

I bought this a while ago but have only recently started using it. The mounts are ok and work well. I have a problem with screws. They are for Philips. Small of course. I have 5 drivers and the screw heads are not deep enough for the drivers causing the drivers to slip. Another view is that Phillips screwdrivers are too sharp for screws. I'm not a master amateur. The screws are bad. I've used about 20 and they all had the same problem. It's too late to bring her back.
