It's quick deployment time from start up to production implementation is very fast! The easy customization/change options are great too - you can always customize your own software if need be (if it doesn't suit what they provide). Customer service team could do with some training though; this would help them understand our business process even quicker than we did when implementing their product at first use stage ourselves!! We have managed all media inventory in one place now that helps us keep track easily & efficiently.
