Update: The company contacted me and sent me another set. I plan on adding this to her gifts next week. I definitely appreciate great customer service! This is the second time I've bought window art. The first set was from a different brand. Unfortunately they were sold out so I decided to try these. I will no longer buy from this company. The spikes kept popping up and some of the paint was clumpy. Not the best combination for a small excited child. It ended in a big mess. I should have read more reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned.
