Extremely disappointed. This was my first run with Oracal 631 and all I can say is that it's a waste of money. I have only used 651 before and looks like I will only use 651 from now on. The 631 sent was wrapped too tight and curled horribly. There was also a horrible sticker used to keep the vinyl rolled up, it doesn't peel off and sits right down the middle, essentially wasted 4-5 inches of vinyl. This vinyl also doesn't stick properly to the backing, peeling and blistering when you stick it on to cut. After the cut, air bubbles form at the location of the cut lines. I bought this as a cheaper screen printing medium but it was just a waste of time and money. I've tried to salvage the cut pieces, but it's hardly worth it when you can use what turns out to be how it should be. I'm not sure if the issue is with the manufacturer or the retailer, but I'm leaning towards the retailer as this doesn't seem to be a common problem. If anyone had a remedy I would LOVE this vinyl mess to put to use.
