This ring is exactly what was advertised. This is a beautiful dark blue color. The sapphire is real, which I like, but it's not crystal clear (and to be honest it wasn't described as such). I wanted this ring to be worn with casual outfits, not sophisticated evening wear. I ordered a size 9 as there was no 8 1/2 and it fitted well, just a little loose so I would say the sizing is true. The bracelet is made of 925 sterling silver. At $69 for a real gem of a substantial size and sterling silver that will last for many years I think it was worth buying. This carat of genuine, ultra-clear sapphire will set you back between $700 and $1200 based on all the Black Friday jewelry sales I looked for before settling on this one.
