Difficult for a 3 year old

I bought this stylish belt for my 3.5 almost 4 year old son. He is used to this type of buckles but the hardest part is teaching him how to close them while tightening them because they are elastic. I thought it would be easier because of the buckle, but a regular strap would probably work better as we can't use that one without my help yet.

Pros

My son wanted a belt to put on his holster and submachine gun. That works great. Amazing quality!

Cons

It was a regular belt, I liked the range but the buckle is ok.
