My product has a faulty LAN port, which seems to be a common problem. I am using a Lenovo laptop and a Lenovo dock. No firmware or driver update fixes the permanent interruption of the LAN connection. Absolutely dissatisfied with the product. Contacted support via email and received no reply; I waited 30 minutes for help on their live chat and when the technician connected he never answered my questions. I'll think twice about buying from Lenovo in the future.
