Not very reliable

I've bought several new USB-C Gen 2 docks and I love the features, but the reliability leaves a lot to be desired. Some of them had problems with their ethernet network connection (not related to IP address transfer) and another monitor turned back on after falling asleep. I've updated both the drivers and the firmware of the docks, but that didn't help. I wish they were more reliable as I prefer them to old style mechanical docks but I'm hesitant to buy them again.

Value for money

When I needed to work from home and only had a laptop with a small screen, this solution worked for me. Only downside, I wish it had more USB ports. I was able to turn my small laptop into something productive and for work.

Defective product and useless support

My product has a faulty LAN port, which seems to be a common problem. I am using a Lenovo laptop and a Lenovo dock. No firmware or driver update fixes the permanent interruption of the LAN connection. Absolutely dissatisfied with the product. Contacted support via email and received no reply; I waited 30 minutes for help on their live chat and when the technician connected he never answered my questions. I'll think twice about buying from Lenovo in the future.

Nice item for docking stations

When you work with multiple displays and lots of accessories, it's nice to have a hub that can do it all. I agree that it can handle all the Displayports used, while the HDMI connector is also used.

Great docking station for Lenovo products!

If you've got too many monitors and cables connected to your laptop, it's time for a docking station, and this docking station does just that. It was a very easy buying process from Revain and I will consider buying other office products here in the future.
