I wouldn't buy it if you plan on painting on canvases larger than 8x10.
So the product description says you can use this on canvases up to 11x14. Okay you can but you need to put something hard and flat on the back as the island will protrude through the back of the canvas and will stretch and emboss the fabric of the canvas. Huge crap. Also, have a screwdriver ready to tighten the screw to prevent it from falling off while painting. Very annoying. And finally, they are not durable. When painting with pressure, hold onto the island or it will tip over. I will not buy it again, next time I will look for a better set.
