It is important that these shoes fit like a glove, do not fit loosely or leave too much room. The material is breathable and pliable, allowing you to spread your toes even with a tight tie box. There is no arch support as these are sandals, keep that in mind. Your arch is the "arch support". So if you have ankle pronation/flat feet, start building that arch before trying or you could have painful periods. However, these shoes do not come with a footrest. drawstring/tab.
