I love the size and weight. I am a petite lady and the size is perfect for me. They are close to the same weight and frame size as my prescription glasses. I would prefer bifocals but these are small enough for me to slide them down on my nose and look over. As far as the blue light blocking I haven't had them but a couple of days. That said the pair of progressive glasses with blue blocking that I recently purchased from Walmart definitely help with headaches. So I have hopes these will also help.
