Decent cotton swabs
I have used Q Tip brand swabs for decades, both to remove excess water from my ears (even though I know you’re not supposed to) and for cleaning. I got this set for cleaning (keyboards, other little nooks and crannies) and it works very well for that purpose. The cotton tips are not quite as thick as the Q Tip brand, so I’d stick with the name brand for my ears, but for cleaning purposes these fit the bill.
