I bought this product to protect my new Apple Watch 5 hoping to avoid damage. Upon receipt in the mail, the packaging was simple and included two sets of wet and dry wipes to clean the clock's surface prior to installation. There were no paper or box instructions. I had to go to another similar product page to make sure I was installing everything correctly. Although the installation was easy, it's good to have some instructions, just be sure. I think the instructions are correct. First use the supplied wet wipe to clean the surface of the screen, and then use the dry wipe to dry the screen, leaving no wet wipe behind. Then remove the inner or bottom plastic film and begin installing the protective film, starting at the right side of the crown to line up with the holes, then snapping the rest of the protective film onto the left side of the watch. Finally, we remove the plastic film from the top of the tread. After using this product for about 2 days, I felt like I lost some touch sensitivity with the screen protector. I'll say it works, but I have to tap or swipe more than once to access and close apps on the watch compared to using the watch with a bare screen without any protection whatsoever. Edit: May 23, 2020 With the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, I am a full-time employee helping clients all day. I started washing my hands more often, like everyone should. Water has gotten between the screen protector and my watch. It became so annoying that I either had to take the watch off before washing my hands, remove the protective film to moisten and wipe off excess water after each hand wash, or not use the protective film at all. still keeps it at 4 stars as this pandemic is unforeseen. Is anyone else using this product having the same issues?
