Review on Heel Hydration Complex by Hand Chemistry by Brooke Abrahams

Works very slowly.

I've been suffering from painful cracks on my fingertips for about 3 weeks. My thumbs and smaller fingers are the worst, middle fingers are a bit of a problem. I have no idea what caused this, never had this problem before so I am assuming it is due to one of the things Dr. Interwebs suggested reasons and amending it accordingly. Washing too many dishes? Started wearing gloves. weather fluctuations? Again a variety of gloves. And all creams, lotions and tonics that are supposed to heal. When you have cuts on your fingertips, you feel them all the time, from discomfort to pain to constant throbbing. Patience is a challenge; You want to get something working now. I haven't found any immediate cure. I started using Glouzon for cracked wrists and elbows, after 4 days I noticed an improvement so I keep using it but no miracles happened. I also rub my fingertips in emu oil twice a day, it's said to be very healing. Then I use Retin Oil from Hand Chemistry, the same company that makes this cream. It is said to tighten the skin and help fade scars. Finally, I also use this product, the Hand Chemistry Heel Hydration Complex. It's very soothing and feels good when I apply it, so I use it 4-5 times a day. While my hands definitely feel softer and smoother, painful cracked fingertips remain. There was improvement, slow improvement. While the condition seemed to come on quite suddenly, it certainly doesn't go away with the same expediency. If you're suffering the same way and only have one or two products to choose from, I would recommend this (Hand Chemistry Heel Hydration) and Retin-Oil or Heel & Elbow Balm. And gloves. Gloves for washing dishes, gloves for warming and keeping hands dry.

Pros

Cons
