I love crocs but ugh! I am so disappointed, I love crocs and have had several pairs but I don't know what went wrong with these! They are too big at the top and too small at the foot, one heel strap is longer than the other, and the arch support I was happy with doesn't match the arches. So weird and annoying. I hope that if I break them some problems will fix themselves, but I will NEVER buy them online again. If I hadn't removed the tags before applying them I would have tried to return them. Like I said, I've had a few pairs and I'm pretty sure they're knockoffs or fakes.
