Ok so I used this for my Halloween costume, I was a demon. I've used it to choke from my entire chest and neck down to my jaw and the tips of my arms just above the wrist. pros: super pigmented a little goes a long way light easy to blend and apply cons: superrrr oily washes off it doesn't last long then you look messy) even with setting powder and spray I had to be careful what I touch because it would come off. It took me 15-20 minutes to remove it with an oil based makeup remover and a foaming makeup remover due to the oiliness. In general, that would be great for an eyeshadow, but for a body like mine, I'd look for something different.
