This is a good headset for the price. When I use this type of headset, I usually use it because I drive. Of the various headsets I've used, this is one of the most affordable in terms of price. Connecting to my iPhone is easy and the connection seems fine. Turning the unit on is a clearly labeled switch that works flawlessly. The weakest component of all headsets seems to be the noise cancellation, so the person on the other side can hear me well. But this one doesn't really stand out. It's not very uncomfortable, but the part that wraps around the back of your ear is too close to the speaker. When it's on, everything is fine, but a little tight. It's a bit awkward to put on. The speaker is one of the weakest of the ones I've used. There's a volume rocker on the back of the headset, which is easy to use but doesn't sound very good at max volume. I can hear the caller just fine but it's not as clear as others I've had. As for the other side, it's much better for the other side than using a car speaker to answer a call. But callers find that they can hear road noise very well with this headset. I have a 10 year old jaw that performs better than this new model. I was hoping that this cheaper alternative would be comparable to 10 year old technology, but it isn't. It's not so bad that I'm being told not to buy this, but I'll stick with the more expensive alternatives.
