If I could give ZERO stars, I SHOULD. This is NOT 100% human hair. I'm a beauty student and as a man with short hair, I have no experience with hot styling tools like some of my classmates. So I got the doll just to practice the style. Immediately under the iron, her hair hissed and melted (not all, but about 10% on each pass). I tried coloring her with permanent color and only about 40% of her hair was actually colored. This doll is a piece of junk. Well, not entirely useless, because now I'm going to use it for a haircut. But even then, she has a lot of hair that's rumpled by the straightener, which I keep on 350 (the normal setting for all styling), and it doesn't brush properly. When she's blow dried she looks like Carrie's mom. This doll is terrible. What a waste of money.
