I'm giving one star because I have to. The hair seemed beautiful until my mother tried to bleach it. The hair came off so easily. Good only if you want it for cuts/hairstyles. Will not survive the first bleaching.

When I first got it I liked the look of the hair but once I started brushing it I noticed quite a bit of hair loss. Every time I comb it before coloring, a few strands come loose. When bleaching and coloring my hair, I noticed that the strands did not lift evenly since the hair was not 100% human hair as advertised. After processing and combing the hair, I had to clean the comb several times because it fell out. Wouldn't recommend it.

If I could give ZERO stars, I SHOULD. This is NOT 100% human hair. I'm a beauty student and as a man with short hair, I have no experience with hot styling tools like some of my classmates. So I got the doll just to practice the style. Immediately under the iron, her hair hissed and melted (not all, but about 10% on each pass). I just got this in the mail and LOVE IT! I just washed and treated her hair and there was almost no hair loss. This is my first mannequin and I haven't attended cosmetology school yet but I can honestly say I'm more than satisfied. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Terrible! This is not 100% human hair! This is an awful mannequin head you can't buy! Spend the extra cash and get one of Sally's or other professional cosmetics!
