Second attempt still doesn't work.
I used this glue to attach a phone holder to the dashboard. The first one that came with the holder has worked for more than 2 years. I tried twice. It works better the second time. Washed with alcohol, left to dry, applied glue, left for 24 hours, then fixed the bracket. After the 2nd day, the pulling in the back begins. That's understandable - more like silicone glue than duct tape. maybe that's the problem? The white strap is what I had the first time and it has lasted for several years. I will try another product.
