Not 75Hz, but everything else is fine
The monitor has excellent sound quality. The images are fairly light and there is no apparent lag between the image and the words. The assembly of this monitor was also very easy. It would be better if it was 75Hz, but it's set to 60Hz (can't be changed I think).
