Tastes like mint, very sweet/sugary. They don't taste like baking soda at all. It's a nice scent but I feel like it doesn't end up cleaning my teeth as well as regular toothpaste in a tube which sucks. When traveling you will need to keep the tabs in a separate container or take the whole box with you, which isn't very useful unless you have a small safe container handy. Also, it's not a zero-waste process as there are two plastic bags with inserts inside the box. I understand that airtight packaging is necessary to keep them fresh, but that doesn't make them waste-free.
