Review on πŸ”† Enhance Your Space with the 6 Pack PROCURU Recessed Light Trim: A Must-Have for Modern Lighting by Mark Hanson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Would buy again. suitable for plastering

I recently installed 25 of these in my house (13 below, 12 above). All but one fit perfectly on the first try and I still haven't figured out what the real problem is, the fairing or the can. I like that they are metal as most are plastic and more expensive, they feel solid and fit very well and evenly. I love how you can attach the glass base to the fairing so your headlights are in the center of the glass/fairing and not crooked. how they looked. I switched to the warm glowing Philips BR30 and they look good. I will say the BR30s look a bit small in fairing maybe 1/2 to 3/4 clearance between bulb and fairing all around but once you get them up to the ceiling it looks nice but I can see how it may bother some people. Most of them come with a little black sticky foam thingy that I think you should put around where you insert the glass bulb to make it "sealed". I haven't used them as I don't see the point and I don't think they will actually do anything. I have a feeling if you have IC rated jars and pack them in insulation everything will work fine. If you want to seal them with tape under the trim edge or something buy it separately, that and the small issue that the BR40 is too big and the BR30 floats in the can is why I gave it 4 stars. I really don't think you can find a better metal finish for the money, like I said I have 25 of these and would buy them again. I don't have a great photo of the fit but will upload one if I remember.
