I bought this and some mosquito nets to put on my hat on a recent hike. Between the two I went with one bite. This scarf worked much better than I expected. I could wear a short sleeve t-shirt and tie this scarf in the front like a shawl. Not only did it protect me from bugs, but it also acted as a light sunscreen (I hate wearing sunscreen and bug spray). As we sat by the fire, I wrapped myself in it and put my hands in it. It was so lucky that I don't get bitten all the time. I will buy it for my son who at first thought I was an idiot but then he realized how cool this scarf is. It's a lot cheaper than buying processed clothing. I definitely recommend it.
